End User Agreement               
        End user who use application data, pictures, drawings, and sizelists, X-ref lists that coming  from this website in any format (hereafter called DATA”), only for completing TROST’s cataloguing systems or for providing the DATA to its direct customers.
        End user who will not make the DATA available in any form whatsoever to manufacturers or suppliers of aftermarket products or direct or indirect competitors of GATES.
        End user who will not hold GATES responsible for the quality of the DATA once the DATA have been processed by the third party.
        End user who fully understands and accepts the following instructions and waiver of liability:
        - Use GATES products only on applications specified in GATES’ literature.  Install and maintain products according to the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended procedures and with recommended tools.  Failure to follow these instructions could result in injury or property damage.  GATES disclaims all liability due to failure to follow these instructions.
        - Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the DATA.  However, GATES cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions embodied in information received from third parties or for alterations occurred after release for printing.
        - Equipment and car manufacturer’s names and numbers are used for reference purposes only.
